Rajarshi is a contemporary fine artist, terracotta artist , storyteller and poet in print as well as the web. He is a pass out of Government College of Art and Craft, Kolkata, in the year 1996.
Over the years his work revolved around nature which developed into figurative and moved onto Contemporary with a tinge of fantasy. He creates unusual surfaces in two dimensional
form which has underlying double perspective in his own indomitable style. His creative thoughts are poetic, sensitive and soothing. Rajarshi’s paintings are introspective as well as Romantic in the realm of Contemporary Conceptual.
His medium complements his creative expression. In a series , he plays with black with
colorful overtones. His visual discourse is unique and unusual. The rift between society and globalization is evident in his work.
