RULES & REGULATIONS

 

Time limits
•    Singing performance: 3.5 mins
•    Dance performance: 3 mins
•    Recitation performance: 3 mins
•    Instrumental performance: 3 mins
•    Photography is online entry only.

Restrictions
•    1 participant can have only 1 solo entry in a category. They can participate in 1 group in the same category.
E.g. 1 participant can sing a solo and then also sing a duet but not 2 solos or 2 duets. Multiple solo or group entries in the same category if found will be considered as a single person even if paid multiple times (no refunds).
•    1 Participant can join multiple categories, so long as previous clause is followed. Eg. Same person can join join singing, dance, instruments etc, so long as previous clause is followed.
•    Participant must be physically present on Grand Finale if qualifies. Virtual is not permitted.

•    Track time limits need to be followed strictly, no exceptions can be made since it is not fair to other contestants. Thank you for understanding.
•    Once registered, email will be sent to your registered email id to upload track for participant.  Please follow your email for all communications from organizers.

•    Language restricted to English, Hindi, Bengali. However if you like to add any other Indian Language please check with the program coordinators first, we would like to ensure there is a fair judgement.

 

Fees
•    Fees are non refundable.
•    Fees are per entry per person.

Accompaniments/Track
•    Microphones will be provided by the organizers and tracks will be played.
•    No pre-read (Emcee) is allowed by any performer for any category. Performer's name(s) will be announced by organizers.
•    Permitted audio for Singing : Karaoke track or digital tanpura. No other accompaniments allowed (eg video track, smule, live instruments, etc). Tracks MUST be in mp3 format.
•    Dance is on music/song track only, live music is not allowed. No microphone allowed. Tracks must be in mp3 format.
•    No tracks/accompaniments allowed in Recitation.
•    Instrumentals will be provided 2 standing microphone on stage adjusted to the instrument, no music box plugin is possible. If the entry is a Keyboard, a jack will be provided. Drums are excluded from entry (Apologies).

• Participant needs to bring their own instrument

•    Instrumentals contest is solo and single instrument only, vocal, or any other accompaniment is not allowed. Participant can use a rhythm (beat app), must be emailed in mp3 format as a track, length max 3 mins. Only rhythm is allowed.
•    Photography: Edited or AI generated photo or a sensitive subject may be disqualified (no refunds). Please provide genuine photos.

•    Singing: Rhythm, Tune, Voice quality, Pronunciation, Presentation
•    Dance: Rhythm, Precision, Presentation
•    Recitation: Pronunciation, Memory, Voice quality, Presentation
•    Instruments: Rhythm, Tune, Presentation
•    Photography: Genuineness, subject choice

Auditions
•    AUDITIONS on 17 May 2026. Venue will be shared to registered participants (please monitor your registered email)

•    Photography contest is by online submission only, no auditions.

Other 
•    No plagiarism please. If identified, will be disqualified, no refunds.
•    Please bring age proof in case verification is requested.  
•    Judges’ Decision Final on scoring. Organizers' Decision Final on Rules and Regulations.  
•    On the day of the contest, participants are requested to check in at the front desk with proof of registration and payment. Please be on time.
•    Any other rules and procedures will be communicated by the program coordinators during the process.
